  1. Annual Meeting

    Event Starts: October 19, 2025

    1:00pm

    In accordance with the Governing Documents for the Legacy Shores Property Owner’s Association, The Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, October 19, 2025, at 1:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Best Western Hotel located at 302 North Sawmill Road, Chandler, Texas 75758.

    Representatives from the Board of Directors and SBB Community Management will be present to provide updates regarding POA business.

    Lunch will be served before and during the meeting.

    There are four (4) positions open on the Board of Directors. If you are interested in running for a position on the Board, please complete the enclosed candidacy form by October 17th at 5:00 pm, and return to Deborah Macziewski at SBB Community Management. Nominations from the floor will be accepted at the meeting. Please consider volunteering on behalf of your community by running for the Board.

    The enclosed proxy is a written instrument, signed by the member, which duly appoints the Association the right to include the owner/signer in the number of members required for a quorum. The Bylaws state that to hold a meeting and conduct business of the Association, there must be a quorum present. A quorum is the number of homes represented either in person or by proxy. The quorum required to conduct business for Legacy Shores is 30% or 28 homes. If the quorum for the annual meeting is not met, an official meeting cannot be held and must be re-scheduled.

    Please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed proxy by Friday, October 17, 2025, at 5:00 pm even if you plan to attend as unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you attend, you will be counted in person, and your proxy will be returned to you. You may email the proxy to Debbie Macziewski at d.macziewski@sbbmanagement.com. You may also mail or fax the proxy, but email is always recommended. Your attendance or proxy will help fulfill the quorum requirements.
